If you have basic computer skills you can create videos. Even if you have never taken a single photo with your digital camera you can create a video infomercial. There are screen capture programs available in the market which allows you to capture the activities in your computer screen and turns them in to videos. You can even add narration to your videos using a microphone. One of my friends creates videos using the Windows movie maker software. Most computers that run on Windows have this software in-built. Even if your computer doesn't have one, you can use a screen capture program like Camtasia or Camstudio to create your videos.
Another major reasons savvy marketers use videos is, the viral effect that can be achieved in a short span of time. They do this by providing a shocking fact or showing a funny event inside their videos. Naturally, the viewers then share these videos with their friends and peers and as the video link gets passed around hundreds of people are getting exposed to the sales message.
